TW2 HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB

General Information

How do I access the facility?

To access the facility you need to download our new TW2 Health and Fitness Club app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Once installed, please make sure to log in with your credentials. Then you will simply need to open our app, click the “Check In” button and scan the QR code to go through the barriers at Reception.

If you experience issues with your access or have any questions, a member of the team will be at Reception to help you on your visit.

Is there a car park available?

There is free parking available at the stadium car park. Please note that upon your arrival at the club you must enter your registration plate into the tablet at Reception, to validate your free parking.

For inquiries please see a member of our staff at the Reception desk.

Will any changes be made to the facility as part of the transition?

We have a number of exciting ideas for the future of the club, including significant investment plans and additional member benefits. These will be communicated with you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please be assured that it is ‘business as usual’ following transfer on 1st November and all of your favourite class types will be continuing, albeit with slightly different names in places, with no changes to the timetable. A full review of the timetable is already underway and we are actively speaking with the club team about ways that this can be improved, such as introducing new classes from Les Mills.

What happens to my data?

Information about how your data will be collected, stored and processed can be found here.

Is there a different app or portal I need to use for bookings?

Alternatively, bookings can be also made through our website www.tw2hfc.co.uk or at the reception desk at your club.

How will I receive updates or notifications about the club?

Bookings

What happens to my existing bookings/lessons?

Class timetable
The Class timetable will not be changing initially, so you can still enjoy all of your favourite class types as you do now. The class timetable will also be available on the App and website. You’ll notice a few slightly different class names, but the types of classes will be the same.

We plan to launch a revised class program from the start of January 2025 to provide an enhanced experience for all of our members. The class timetable review is being concluded in collaboration with a number of our key suppliers as well as the team on site including Les Mills.

Swimming lessons
The swim lesson program will be continuing as per the current timetable and we will be writing separately to parents and carers of children on the swim program to explain our processes and digital hub.
