Who can participate in the Membership Referral Scheme?

Our club referral scheme is available to all current members who are 16 years old or older. If you are under 18, to redeem the prize you must have written permission from your parent or legal guardian, or you must be accompanied by someone who is 18 years or older. If you have a valid active membership with us and meet the age requirement, you are eligible to participate and refer new members.

Can I refer someone who was a previous member of the club?

The referral scheme is valid only for new members, without a prior membership purchase history or have not had a membership in the last 30 days. Members upgrading from one membership to another are not eligible as referrals under this scheme.

How do I share my membership number with my referrals?

You can share your unique membership number with your friends and family via email, text message, or in-person conversations. They will need to provide your membership number at the point of sign up, either online or at the club, to ensure you receive credit for the referral.

You can retrieve your membership number by speaking to a member of the team.

How many entries do I get for each successful referral?

Each successful referral will earn you one entry into the prize draw for one of three £500 Love to Shop e-vouchers. The more referrals you make, the higher your chances of winning one of the prizes prize.

When will the winner be announced?

The winner will be announced within the first week of December 2024. Please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates on the prize draw and winner announcement.

What counts as a successful referral?

A successful referral occurs when the referred individual signs up for a standard paying membership, is over the age of 16, and pays at least one payment. To be considered a valid referral, the new member must provide the referrer's membership number at the point of sign up, either online or at our centre. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for additional details and requirements related to the referral scheme.
