HOW DO I ACCESS THE ARVRA PLATFORM?

You will receive an email when your account has been activated and you are able to register, within 48 hours of signing up. You will then need to download the app from the appropriate app store depending on your device. After this, once into the app, you will be asked to register, for this you will need your membership number, which can be found by speaking to a member of our staff.

WHAT SIGN IN DETAILS SHOULD I USE?

When first logging in, you will need to register with ARVRA, using your membership number. You can find this by speaking to a member of our staff.

IS ANY OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED ON THE ARVRA APP?

Parkwood Leisure and partners will not transfer any of your personal information to ARVRA. The only information shared with ARVRA is a list of membership numbers so that their systems can confirm your eligibility for a free account on the platform.
